Look for antenna arrays mounted partway up otherwise plain metal towers, often disguised as flagpoles, trees, or water towers in some areas.

Fun Fact

Some cell towers are deliberately camouflaged as pine trees (nicknamed "monopines") in scenic areas to comply with local zoning rules about visual impact.
